Description/Objective

The eDEA (Electronic Administration of Education and Training) project is a comprehensive and modern digital platform that supports all levels of education – Pre-Primary, Primary, General Secondary, and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) – as well as the various departments and administrative services of the Ministry of Education, Sport and Youth.

The platform enables the unified and efficient management of both administrative and educational processes across the Ministry and school units, contributing significantly to the digital transformation of public education.

Through eDEA, parents and guardians can complete student registrations and transfers online, update personal information, monitor their children’s academic progress, grades, and attendance records, and communicate directly with schools. At the same time, teachers and administrative staff are provided with modern management tools that reduce administrative workload and facilitate immediate access to information and services in real time.

Expected Benefits/Outcomes

In addition to enhancing the quality of services provided to citizens, eDEA is expected to generate significant organizational and economic benefits for both the state and school units.
