On 15 December 2023, the European Investment Bank (EIB) held in Nicosia an information day on the provision of technical assistance for the development of investments in energy efficiency and renewable energy sources in buildings, as well for the support of sustainable urban transport, through the ELENA (European Local ENergy Assistance) grant facility. 

The Directorate General Growth, Ministry of Finance, as the competent Managing Authority for the Programmes co-funded by the Cohesion Policy Funds in Cyprus, participated in the conference presenting the Schemes/Projects of the Cohesion Policy Programme “THALIA2021-2027” in the fields of energy and sustainable urban mobility.
