Promoting the Employment of the Unemployed
The acquisition of basic knowledge and skills (e.g., literacy, mathematical skills, digital and technological skills, interpersonal skills, entrepreneurship) will help young people aged 15-29 who are not in education, employment or training, including those who face more intensively the risk of social exclusion, to be integrated in the market labour. Additionally, the upgrade of the existing knowledge and skills and the acquisition of new ones will help them to take advantage of employment opportunities that will occur to dynamic sectors of economic activity, such as green and blue economy, and will prepare them properly for the changing nature of employment, especially the one that deals with the digital transition.
These people will be identified, informed and guided by the Public Employment Services. After the specialised support of each person in order for its needs to be identified, the person will get informed for the available training programmes in which its participation is useful.
The awareness and motivation of people who seek a job by easing their access to employment and preventing the risk of their social marginalisation.
