Monitoring Committee
The Monitoring Committee of the Programme “THALIA 2021-2027” has been established upon the approval of the Minister of Finance on 07/10/2022. The Monitoring Committee has the responsibility for the monitoring the implementation of the Programme, according to the Article 38 of the Common Provisions Regulation (EU) 2021/1060.
The following parties participate in the Committee :
- Representatives of the competent Ministries and Public Authorities
- Representatives of Intermediate Bodies
- Representatives of Local Authorities
- Representatives of Economic and Social Partners
- Representatives of Citizens’ Society
- Representatives of Research Institutions and Universities.
Also, Representatives of the European Commission participate with a supervision and counselling role.
The decisions of the Committee are taken by a majority either during the Committee meetings or following the written decision-making process.
The exact composition, the responsibilities and the the function of the Committee are defined in its Internal Regulation.
